Mind full or Mindful?

Foundations introductory mindfulness course

"Mindfulness also allows us to become more aware of the stream of thoughts and feelings that we experience, and to see how we can become entangled in that stream in ways that are not helpful.” Professor Mark Williams, former director of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre (quote from NHS website)

This course offers a fresh take on the traditional eight-week MBSR/CT curriculum and approach and aims to make mindfulness as accessible and effective as possible for adults in school settings. Teaching mindfulness to staff promotes health and well-being among the wider staff body as well as starting more staff members on their journey towards eligibility to train to teach mindfulness to students. The course will run for 8 weeks and each session is 90 minutes long.

The course is limited to 12 available places so please book early.
