Secondary RQT Programme

The Eastern Leadership Centre, working in conjunction with the Anglia Workforce Development Group, developed a 3-day development programme for secondary RQTs. Working in collaboration, Cambridgeshire's Teaching School Alliances have created a local version of this highly successful 3-day course, which is being delivered over 2 months with inter-sessional activities. The programme is being subsidised from a targeted regional development fund and so is being offered free to all Cambridgeshire schools.
