Primary RQT Programme

Are you looking to recruit and retain high quality teachers? One of the most effective ways of doing this is to offer a high quality professional learning and career development offer to your staff.

The Eastern Leadership Centre, working in conjunction with the Anglia Workforce Development Group, developed a 3-day development programme for RQTs. Working in collaboration, Cambridgeshire's Teaching School Alliances have created a local version of this 3-day course, which is being delivered over 3 months with inter-sessional activities. The programme is being subsidised from a targeted regional development fund and so is being offered free to all Cambridgeshire schools.

You may want to consider this programme which starts after Easter if you have RQTs in your school/Trust who could find this subsidised programme potentially helpful to their teaching, leadership and career development.

This programme is subsidised and offered free to all Cambridgeshire RQTS.
