Developing Senior Leaders Programme

Who is the programme for?

This course provides a development programme for experienced Middle Leaders wishing to apply for (or recently appointed to) Senior Leadership posts. The course will enable delegates to develop of a range of skills to support applications to senior leadership posts; to raise awareness and increase understanding of a range of issues facing senior leaders; and to prepare delegates for the challenges they will face as senior leaders.
It is suitable for participants from Primary and Secondary phases.  The course is led by current senior leaders with a proven track record of success at this level of leadership.

How is the programme delivered?

The programme is delivered over four afternoon sessions (1.30 - 4.30pm) and includes a final Celebration event (4.00 - 5.30pm).  The programme will include structured tours of host schools and an opportunity to meet Headteachers.

Programme cost, dates and venues 

The cost of the programme is £450 + VAT per delegate, payable on acceptance onto the course and is non-refundable. 

CTSN is offering a Cambridgeshire & Peterborough based programme for 2017/18, with sessions being hosted by various Primary and Secondary schools.  The programme will commence during the Autumn term.
